My Favorite Flower Shops in The Valley

January has finally ended and now Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! Yes, I’ve been seeing red and pink heart shaped decor in every CVS I’ve been to since December 26th, but still it feels like the holiday has somehow snuck up on us. Call me basic, but I always appreciate flowers and chocolates on Valentine’s Day. Here’s a list of some of my favorite flower shops in The Valley. (Ladies, feel free to send this to your S.O. so they’re not scrambling on the day of) And Brian, if you’re reading this…take note.

1. Mark’s Garden

Mark’s Garden is an LA staple for flowers, from styling Kardashian parties to some of the biggest events in Hollywood. Sadly, their Ventura Blvd location in Sherman Oaks was the victim of arson last October, but that’s not stopping them from delivering amazing flowers this V-Day. Starting on February 7th, Mark’s Garden will be back on the boulevard for a Valentine’s Day Pop Up Experience!

2. Casa De Flores

Located in Encino on Ventura Blvd is Casa de Flores. Everyday they have a sign outside that says, “If your name is [X] come in for a free rose” - you can’t miss it. My family has been going to / or delivering Casa de Flores for years! The store's owner, Nancy, is wonderful and always crafts the most beautiful flower arrangements. Head to their website or give them a call to order your flower delivery today!

3. La Fleur Eclose

If you’re feeling fancy, you have to check out La Fleur Eclose! Also in Encino, this gourmet floral shop is famous for their boxed roses. They also have preserved roses, which are supposed to last up to one year.

4. Friends and Roses

This floral shop is located right next to Sushi Note in Sherman Oaks. (P.S. if you’re a sushi connoisseur you must try this place) I actually saw one of their beautiful bouquets in the restaurant when I was there last. This shop has everything from boxed roses, to preserved florals, to stunning vase arrangements.

Whether you’re into a standard bouquet, a box of roses, or a mix of greenery - you really can’t go wrong with any of these flower shops. And men (or women) if you’re reading this, flowers do mean a lot and are very much appreciated! Extra points if you order a bouquet for your mother’s as well.

I hope you take time to sit back and smell the roses, and of course, Happy Valentine’s Day!
